My Favorite Support Links for Holiday 2020

I think we can all agree this has been a most challenging year and we’re all grieving the loss of how life used to be. Although we’re certainly not yet back to normal, I do feel hopeful that positive change is on the way. I hope the dark days of illness and isolation will slowly but surely give way to healing, reconnection, and eventually a sense of renewal.
In the meantime, we are facing Christmas and New Year’s holidays that are likely to be different than any we can remember. As you read this, perhaps you are quarantining in order to visit relatives, or are planning to Zoom with family members instead. Or maybe you’re figuring out how to navigate Holiday 2020 alone. And I know there are many who will be sadly missing cherished loved ones.
Whatever your circumstances, I wanted to share a few of my favorite online resources for support during this time. Feel free to sample these options.
  • Paul Denniston, a grief yoga expert, is offering a 4-week ritual to complete 2020 and move forward in the new year. It's called Spark: Releasing the Past and Igniting Purpose. Although it started today, you can still join and get the recordings of all sessions. It’s $60 for all 4 weeks and you can access it here: https://www.pauldennistontraining.com/offers/8VHxQ9Ao/checkout
  • For those interested in Qi Gong, here’s Lee Holden’s Top 10 videos and blog posts of 2020. It includes “3 Qi Gong Exercises for Anti-Aging (and the Benefits of Qi Gong for Seniors)” and “20-Min Qi Gong Exercise Routine – Easy Home Workout with Lee Holden.”
  • I love EFT Tapping, and many of my clients do too. Here’s a link to The Tapping Solution Podcast. It’s helpful whether you’re into Tapping or are just curious and includes topics such as “How to Cultivate Hope to Drive Your Life Forward” and “Why It's So Important to Feel & Process Your Emotions Right Now.”
  • My last link is to Blessing Manifesting: Encouraging you to love yourself and practice self-care. There are a variety of options to explore so take your time and see what’s interesting. This is the only link for which I am an affiliate and will receive a small commission if you buy something there.
Wishing you peace and healing,
Ruth
