Bereavement Support Group
Are you grieving the loss of someone important to you? Would you like to connect with others on the same journey?
There's nothing like the understanding and validation that comes from someone who has "walked in your shoes." And even though everyone grieves differently, being supported by other people who are also navigating loss can be very healing. Join me for my 6-Week Bereavement Support Groups, offered twice a year in the spring and fall. We share our experiences, thoughts, and feelings, and offer support and understanding to all participants. We explore symptoms of grief, coping strategies, accepting reality, meaning, spirituality, memories, self-care, and anything else members bring up.
