Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah to those who celebrate! While the holiday season is meant to bring joy and happiness to us all, I know it can also include sadness and overwhelm (among other uncomfortable experiences) when you’re coping with loss, grief, or other life challenges.
Even if you’re not the one who is stressed, you probably know someone who is struggling to cope with unwelcome change. It’s nice to know how to help them and what to say to them.
